If you need to cancel before 15 days of your reservation pick up date, your deposit will be refunded subtract fees that it takes to receive the original deposit and service charge to send it back.
If something major occurs within the 14 days, Retreat RV Rentals will refund your money only if we are able to fill your reservation slot. We will refund your deposit subtract the processing fees that it took to process the deposit and the refund, if Retreat RV Rentals cannot fill your slot, you’re your deposit will not be refunded.
